How long does it take to build my custom PC?
Our standard build time is 5 – 7 business days. This includes assembly, stress testing, and quality checks to ensure everything is working perfectly before delivery.
Do your PCs come with a warranty?
Yes. All pre-built and custom systems include a 2-year parts and labour warranty. Extended warranty options are also available.
Please note that if you request second-hand or refurbished parts, the warranty on those specific components may differ. We recommend confirming warranty details with your technician before placing your order.
Can I pick up my PC locally?
Absolutely. You can choose local pick-up during checkout. We’ll notify you when your build is ready for collection.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
As of now, we primarily operate within the Sydney region. We may accept orders and deliver PCs outside our standard service area; however, depending on the distance, an additional fee may apply.

Do you install Windows or other software?
Yes. We can pre-install Windows (licensed or trial), essential drivers, and optional software upon request. Please include any required software in the ‘Notes’ field of the Custom PC form.
How do I get support if something goes wrong?
You can contact us any time via email, phone, or DM us on Instagram. We’ll help you troubleshoot remotely or arrange a service to come on-site if needed.
