Build Fee & Quotation
All custom PC builds are subject to a tiered build fee, starting from $174.99 AUD, which covers system design, assembly, testing, and quality assurance. Final pricing depends on build complexity and selected components (e.g., water-cooling, servers). This fee is non-refundable once the build process has commenced.
-
Order Confirmation & Payment
Orders require either full payment before assembly begins, or a deposit as agreed. Once payment is received, a build slot is secured and component procurement begins. Orders may not be modified after the build process has started.
-
Estimated Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation, subject to component availability. Customers will be notified of delays due to supplier stock or shipping issues.
-
Shipping & Delivery
Please see our Shipping Policy.
-
Warranty & Support
- 2-Year Hardware Warranty — covers manufacturer defects or component failure under normal use.
- Lifetime Labour Support — troubleshooting, software resets, and diagnostics (replacement parts not included).
Saiko PC may repair or replace faulty components with equivalent parts of equal or greater performance, subject to availability.
-
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations are only accepted prior to the build process beginning.
- A cancellation fee may apply if parts have already been ordered.
- Once assembly has started, the order is non-refundable.
-
Responsibility & Usage
Customers are responsible for proper use and care (e.g., clean environments, surge protection). Saiko PC is not liable for damage caused by overclocking, software modification, tampering, or third-party repairs.
-

By placing a custom PC order with Saiko PC, you agree to these terms and conditions. Terms may be updated at any time and will appear under our site Policies.

1. Custom Builds
Custom PC builds are tailored to individual customer requirements. As such, returns and refunds are not accepted once the build process has started. This includes orders where parts have been purchased or assembly has begun.
If you wish to cancel your order before the build process begins, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking or handling fee, depending on component procurement status.
2. Pre-Built Systems
For pre-built or ready-to-ship systems, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in its original packaging with all included accessories
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-faulty returns. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty or is found to have a hardware defect within the warranty period:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- We will assess the issue and, if necessary, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund
Customers must retain original packaging for safe return shipping. If packaging is unavailable, you may be responsible for securing appropriate protective shipping materials.
4. Services & Subscriptions
All services (repairs, upgrades) and digital subscriptions (e.g., SaikoCare) are non-refundable once delivered or activated, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality.
